Haye Farm Cider is dedicated to making the very finest and most delicious-tasting cider and to remaining true to their traditional production methods.
They have over 40 different types of apple, some of which are particular to Haye Farm itself. Their cider is of the highest quality and very traditional, still pressed through straw, using wild yeasts and wooden barrels.
Their delicious apples are all hand-picked and fermented in oak barrels for a refreshing and satisfying taste.
It could be said that Haye Farm is the holy grail of cider makers.
Haye Farm Cider is very proud of its unique history and orchards, which date back to the time of the Magna Carta. It is a small family-run business and probably the oldest maker of traditional cider in the world. It is believed that the name Haye derives from the Old English Gehaeg meaning “enclosure”.
In short, Haye Farm is steeped in a long farming and cider-making history..…. 800 years of history pressed into every bottle.
