Welcome to Galloway Chillies, based in South West Scotland, they grow a range of chilli plants, from the mild through to the super-hot and produce a range of preserves, hot toddies and mustards. Galloway Chillies has an ingredient sourcing policy with a strong emphasis on seasonal and locally grown.
From a gentle warmth to a fiery blast of chilli heat, you are guaranteed an exceptional artisan flavour experience.
Galloway Chillies was formed in 2012 by Sheena Horner after she was continually unable to buy chillies anywhere locally and decided that she was going to do something about it. A farmer’s daughter, Sheena is passionate about local and British produce and only uses British chillies in her products. She currently make eight types of preserves which are available in five heats.
The chilli preserves are made from scratch in her own kitchen, in small batches so that every batch is of great quality and flavour.
