Deli Farm is owned by Jean and Martin Edwards, who have been creating their delicious English cured meats since 2006. They were originally inspired to embark on their charcuterie adventure when it was brought to their attention that the only charcuterie available was the standard mass produced brands from the continent.
This inspired the Edwards to rise to the occasion and start supplying the country with locally produced, award winning, air dried charcuterie including many different flavours of Salami, Coppa, Bresaola, Duck Prosciutto, Wild Venison, Smoked Lamb Prosciutto and Pancetta.
Their air-dried charcuterie is made with their own carefully crafted recipes which they have perfected over the last 10 years. Some of the recipes are fairly traditional, whilst others are a little more unusual and adventurous but all of them are bursting with delicious meats, herbs and spices.
When time permits, one of their favourite jobs is experimenting with new flavours and meats.
Lean and Green -The environment is also very important to the Edwards family and they endeavour to minimalise their carbon footprint by only using 100% renewable energy, generated by the solar panels and wind turbines on the farm. Refreshingly they also keep their packaging to a minimum, re- circulate the hot air produced by their refrigeration units and sanitize their equipment using specialist ozonated water.

The farm has been in the Edwards families for many generations and they are keen to point out that the farm’s name has no connection with the modern word ‘Deli’ (delicatessen).
Their customers include many of the top chefs and restaurants in the UK, as well as delicatessens and, & farm shops throughout the country.
